Alice Hibara

Alice Hibara is bilingual and bicultural Japanese American, having lived in the US, Canada, and Japan. She received her BA in Developmental Psychology, and was a trainee at Dr. Cindy Liu's lab. From her experience being a Kikokushijo (Japanese returnee), her interests are centered around resilience, mental health, and how such experiences may affect one's identity. She is currently a research assistant at the Boston VA Research Institute and hopes to continue her research journey as she begins an MPH program at Boston University in the Fall.
